Notice Under the Americans with Disabilities Act
In accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Senior Services will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.
Effective communication: On request, we will generally provide appropriate aids and services so that people with disabilities can take part equally in our programs, services, and activities.
Modifications to policies and procedures: We will make all reasonable changes to our policies and programs so that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to enjoy everything we offer.
