Most people want to stay in their own home as they age. When an illness or a hard stretch makes that harder, we step in with the everyday support that keeps you safe and comfortable where you are.
Personal Care
After an illness or during recovery, our Personal Care Program helps with bathing, meal preparation, feeding, and other self-care tasks. Our staff assess your situation, help you build a care plan, and arrange short-term personal care through a licensed home health agency — then work with you on a longer-term plan if you need one.
Homemaker Program
If you're recovering from an illness, our Homemaker Program provides help around the house while you get back on your feet — light housekeeping and meal preparation through a licensed home health agency, with a long-term plan if needed.
Options Counseling
As we age, we often face more than one problem at once, and solving the first can affect the others. Our options counselors visit you at home for a thorough assessment, then work with you and your family to sort out your specific needs. There's no charge for this service.
Support for the Caregiver
Caring for an aging or ill loved one is one of the most selfless things a person can do — and it can bring real stress along with real meaning. Our resource and caregiver specialists connect you with services that ease that load and help you care for your loved one while looking after yourself.
